The Law condemns the best of us. Grace saves the worst of us.

Believers, the letter kills. Galatians 3:10 says: "Those who depend on obeying the Law live under a curse. For the scripture says, “Whoever does not always obey everything that is written in the book of the Law is under God's curse!”"

No one can obey everything. No one is righteous of themselves. The law does not understand "I did my best so God will see that I have tried and consider me." It's keep all or be cursed and die and no one can keep all. The law condemns all those who are trying to get right with God by doing what it says. All have sinned and the wages of sin is death. We were all doomed for this death. Hence God's love and justice executed at the cross and expressed in John 3:

"16 God loved the world this way: He gave His only Son so that everyone who believes in Him will not die but will have eternal life. 17 God sent His Son into the world, not to condemn the world, but to save the world. 18 Those who believe in Him won’t be condemned. But those who don’t believe are already condemned because they don’t believe in God’s only Son."

Those who do not believe will perish and not have everlasting life. Understand what it means to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. See Romans 10-

"9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

The key to right believing is, by grace, understanding the verse: "believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead." Why did God raise our Saviour Jesus Christ from the dead? See this in Romans 4:25-

"Who was delivered up because of our offences, and was raised up because of our being declared righteous."

The TPT puts it this way: "Jesus was handed over to be crucified for the forgiveness of our sins and was raised back to life to prove that He had made us right with God!"

Believing Jesus is believing that in Him, we have total forgiveness of sins and everlasting righteousness as a gift from God and apart from works. With Christ as our righteousness, no one and nothing we do or don't do can snatch us away from the Hand of our Abba Father in Christ. It is an everlasting righteousness that is apart from works. Nothing can undo this gift of righteousness to the believer because we did not earn it by our righteous works or obedience. Not even acts of sin can undo our right-standing with God in Christ. Matthew 1:21 says of Christ-

"She will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”

Let's take our blessed brains to church: How can a Saviour who came to save us from our sins use those very sins that He came to save us from as an excuse for not saving us? How can He punish us for the sins that He came to save us from and already paid for with His life? This is akin to the Great Physician refusing to treat His own beloved but sick child because His child is sick. This is akin to an oncologist dad refusing to treat his own beloved child who has cancer and even punishing his child for exhibiting symptoms of the disease.

Believer, Christ is Saviour to the uttermost, even from the cancer of sin (sinful/old nature inherited from Adam- Romans 5:19) and its symptoms of acts of sin that lead to death. The one who believes in Him does not continue to live in sin. He saves us from our sins. This is Grace- undeserved, unearned, unmerited favour. Your sins, no matter what kind they are, can NEVER separate you from Christ. Titus 2:14 says of Him:

"He gave His life to free us from every kind of sin, to cleanse us, and to make us His very own people, totally committed to doing good deeds."

No matter what teachers of false doctrines tell you, you cannot transform yourself or overcome sins by human effort. You can suppress sinful urges by the arm of flesh (human effort at obeying the law) as such teach for a while but "the arm of flesh will fail" and when it does, the suppressed sinful urges will explode in a volcanic eruption of sinful deeds that lead to death. This is not my theory. This is written in Romans 7:5-

"5 When we were controlled by our old nature, sinful desires were at work within us, and the law aroused these evil desires that produced a harvest of sinful deeds, resulting in death."

Try to obey the law in order to be godly and sin will multiply. But the preceding verse (Romans 7:4) tells us what happens when a sinner dies to the law aka stops tying to obey it in order to score points of righteousness:

4 So, my dear brothers and sisters, this is the point: You died to the power of the law when you died with Christ. And now you are united with the One who was raised from the dead. As a result, we can produce a harvest of good deeds for God."

Christ "raised from the dead" above is the divine receipt showing that we who believe have been made right with God by His sacrifice for us. See Romans 4:25- "Jesus was handed over to be crucified for the forgiveness of our sins and was raised back to life to prove that He had made us right with God!"

Christ transforms all who surrender their will to Him. Trying to obey the law to get right with God as these false doctrine preachers teach will only cause a person to get cut off from Christ: Galatians 5:4-

"For if you are trying to make yourselves right with God by keeping the law, you have been cut off from Christ! You have fallen away from God's grace."

Believer, by grace, let's not be found here. Watch what you are hearing in your local church. Is it righteousness by works of the law or righteousness by faith in Christ? This is the crux of the gospel of Christ: Righteousness by faith in Christ.

With your mouth, confess your righteousness in Christ that you believe in your heart and trust in Him to save you from those sins and earthly ills that you struggle with. You don't have to go to any "mountain" to get the GOOD NEWS that brings Salvation. The message of Christ - the living message - is very close to you. See Romans 10-

"8 But the faith-righteousness we receive speaks to us in these words of Moses:

“God’s living message is very close to you, as close as your own heart beating in your chest and as near as the tongue in your mouth.”

9 And what is God’s “living message”? It is the revelation of faith for salvation, which is the message that we preach. For if you publicly declare with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will experience salvation. 10 The heart that believes in Him receives the gift of the righteousness of God—and then the mouth gives thanks to salvation."

Christ is SAVIOUR to the uttermost.
