Believer, the Lord Jesus Christ Himself “will also keep you firm to the end, so that you will be faultless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is to be trusted, the God who called you to have fellowship with His Son Jesus Christ, our Lord.”

If our salvation depended on our will-power/human effort (arm of flesh) at living godly lives by a hair’s breadth, none of us would be saved. Only by Grace and not by works are we faultless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. And in union with Christ, we cannot but bear “much fruit.” Christ says so in John 15:5.

Holiness and Godliness are fruits of being in Christ, not conditions. As believers, our boast is in Christ alone and not in fasts and seeds or other works of the law. The letter (Law) kills but the Spirit gives life, and with the Spirit of the Lord, it is neither by might nor by power (human striving.)

Right Believing always produces Right Living.
