No implementation of "Seven Steps to Success" in Christ!

Believers, the gospel of the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ is not at all like motivational seminars where we hear a speaker and have to go back home to apply his "Seven Steps to Success" in order to obtain results. It is not at all about PERFORMING or DOING. Our Abba Father blesses us via HEARING. See this in Galatians 3:5-

"Therefore He who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?—"

Motivational talks focus on "You must do these Seven Steps, and when you do them correctly, you will have success." The speaker says "If you don't see results, don't blame me! It is because YOU didn't apply the steps properly!"

But Grace is not so. As Grace speaks, salvation from sickness, oppression, lack, foolishness and every earthly ill is happening. No works (for attaining godliness) to do. No "Seven Steps" to follow. God is healing, blessing, saving, simply by our HEARING about the love of Christ in whom we have forgiveness of sins and everlasting righteousness apart from works.

As Christ is being unveiled, repentance (a change of mind towards God) is taking place. Salvation from sins is happening. And the Spirit is flowing, transforming the hearer to the image of the Lord's glory, from glory to glory. See 2 Corinthians 3:18.

In Christ, God blesses us not by our puny efforts at keeping the law or by following steps by our own power but by the "hearing of faith." This "hearing" is in the present continuous tense in the original Greek so it is a constant hearing. Please bear in mind that "the hearing of faith" does not include preaching that people must obey the Ten Commandments and do good things in order to get right with God; God's word says "the law is not of faith" and without faith, it is impossible to please God. In fact, trying to keep the law in order to get right with God is how to get cut off from Christ says Galatians 5:4-

"For if you are trying to make yourselves right with God by keeping the law, you have been cut off from Christ! You have fallen away from God’s grace."

What's more? This hearing of faith does not discriminate based on what issue is bothering a believer. For instance, a believer that is having marital problems while hearing about the Rapture will still experience miracles for his marital issues from the same word. How? Psalms 36:9 says:

"For with You is the fountain of life; In Your light we see light."

Say you are looking for your car keys in a dark room. Once His light (His word) shines into any darkness, we see even the things that we didn't know we needed as well as answers to our pressing needs. Everything comes to light. We get to see solutions that human understanding can never unveil in every facet of our lives be it family, career, wherever.

Like Christ told Martha, one thing is needful and that is hearing "the hearing of faith." Remember: "Therefore He who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?—"

Just to be clear, teachings on obeying the Ten Commandments, doing good things and not wearing make-up and wigs in order to get right with God and make it to heaven is not "the hearing of faith." The law is not of faith. Anything done with the aim of getting right with God, escaping His wrath or making it to heaven is law-keeping. Only in the Beloved (Jesus Christ) are we accepted. He paid the price for our salvation, even salvation from our sins.

The answers to every worry and anxiety causing problem are made known to us in Christ as it is written in Philippians 4:6-

"Don’t be pulled in different directions or worried about a thing. Be saturated in prayer throughout each day, offering your faith-filled requests before God with overflowing gratitude. Tell Him every detail of your life, then God’s wonderful peace that transcends human understanding, will make the answers known to you through Jesus Christ."

Tell Him every detail of your life. Continue hearing the "hearing of faith" and you will SURELY experience the continuous outpouring of the Spirit and miracles by our Abba Father in Christ. Not by our might or power to follow Seven Steps but by the Spirit of the Lord. You will find yourself living right and doing exploits, yet not you but Christ in you.

By Grace, flee from all those who imply that we children of Grace just sit around twiddling our fingers and have no works to show for our faith, as if Grace (Jesus Christ Himself) is synonymous with idleness and committing sins with reckless abandon. Never! This is a big antichrist lie that is designed to prevent churchgoers from giving Grace the chance to transform their lives.

Beloved of God, Grace is a Person. His name is Jesus Christ. Titus 2:11 says of Him: "God’s marvelous grace has manifested in person, bringing salvation for everyone."

Verse 14 of the same Titus 2 says: "He gave His life to free us from every kind of sin, to cleanse us, and to make us His very own people, totally committed to doing good deeds."

Also Matthew 1:21 says of Him: She will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”

Those sins and shortcomings that you struggle with and those sins that antichrist pastors say God will punish you for if you don't save yourself from them, He sent His own Son to save us from them all, because He loves us so.

Being in Christ (under Grace) without having works (of faith) to show for our salvation is even more impossible than being submerged under water without getting wet. The fruit of the Spirit is the "wet." Loving others is the "wet." Godliness is the "wet." Diligence is the "wet." Right living is the "wet." Salvation from sins is the "wet."For all our (freely!) giving, receiving and our exploits, Christ gets all the glory.

Right believing always produces right living.
