In Christ, God the Just is satisfied to look on Christ and pardon you forever.

When payment is made to a creditor on your behalf, who must be satisfied? You or the creditor? The creditor of course! Believers, we were all debtors to God until He lovingly gave up His own Son as payment for ALL of our sins. He is fully satisfied with this payment. Every sin debt we owed - past, present and future - has been wiped away by Christ's "single sacrifice for sins,..." See Hebrews 10:12-

"But our High Priest offered Himself to God as a single sacrifice for sins, good for all time. Then He sat down in the place of honor at God’s right hand."

The wages of sin is death. This death is a process- recall that Adam did not drop dead physically immediately after his death sentence came into effect. His spirit died but he lived (in toiling and sweating) for almost a thousand years - as one day in the sight of God. The point being - anxiety and depression are "death begun." Sickness is "death begun." Poverty is "death begun." The generational curse is a part of the death process. Etc. All these things and much more Christ suffered, hung on the cross and died to redeem us from. His shed blood made us righteous in God's sight to boot.

The wages of sin is death. No matter how many sins you commit in your entire lifetime, God's word says you can only die this death ONCE. For our entire lifetime of sins, it is appointed for man to die ONLY ONCE. See Hebrews 9:27-28:

"And just as it is destined that men die only once, and after that comes judgment, 28 so also Christ died only once as an offering for the sins of many people; and He will come again, but not to deal again with our sins. This time He will come bringing salvation to all those who are eagerly and patiently waiting for Him."

Christ suffered and died our death (including all of its process)  that the Law demanded us. Once. Believer, Jesus is not going to come and die again for the sins that you might commit tomorrow. It is appointed for man to die once. One death for our entire lifetime of sins- past, present and future. By Grace, don't let any antichrist pastor deceive you into believing that your sins are still hanging unpaid somewhere until you go and do something to be good with God again. Christ paid it ALL in full with His blood. Believer, see how we are in the sight of our heavenly Father forever through the shed blood of our Saviour Jesus Christ in Romans 5:9:

"And there is still much more to say of His unfailing love for us! For through the blood of Jesus we have heard the powerful declaration, “You are now righteous in My sight.” And because of the sacrifice of Jesus, you will never experience the wrath of God."

Because many don't feel or even know this satisfaction that God Who so loved the world has through the finished work of Christ for us, many are trying to attain righteousness that Christ died that we might have by doing good works, keeping the Law and doing restitution in order to get right with God and get Him to bless. This is akin to telling God that what Jesus did at the cross is not enough! This has dire consequences too:

"For if you are trying to make yourselves right with God by keeping the law you have been cut off from Christ! You have fallen away from God's grace." Galatians 5:4.

Sin also has dominion here, "For sin shall not have dominion over you for you are not under law but under Grace." But many churchgoers have this verse backwards.

This is the crux of the message of Christ- Righteousness by Faith and APART from works of the Law. This is Grace- undeserved, unearned, unmerited favour.

Antichrist pastors deceive the flock into trusting in their arm of flesh (human effort) that will fail to make themselves righteous/godly (be like God!) This is the same strategy that Satan used to deceive Eve into believing that she could "be like God" through her own human striving. Such "pastors" actively try to remove the finished work of Christ in making the sinner (who acknowledges his sins and believes in Jesus) righteous. Such try to replace Christ's finished work with human effort/striving at attaining godliness and salvation from sin and death. For example, God's word says in Galatians 3:13-

"Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”),"

But Satan's mouthpieces behind pulpits that profess  Christ invite churchgoers to come and fast for 70 days in order to be redeemed from generational and other curses that Christ has redeemed all who believe from- as if Christ's hanging on the cross means nothing! Believer, beware of such. This is what the antichrist spirit does - it tries to replace Christ's finished work with the seemingly good thing of human striving at attaining salvation and godliness aka being like God. Like the "holy holy" Pharisees, its carriers are against Christ, even though they seem to be very religious/godly and are always shouting the need for churchgoers to be godly from the rooftops- but their own means of attaining godliness is by human striving and not through the sacrifice of Jesus.

Just last Sunday, one popular pastor posted this prayer on his Facebook page-

"Almighty God I present my family to you today, please intervene, let there be peace, let there be joy, break every yoke, erase every curse and just let all be well in Jesus name."

This prayer seems harmless enough. Some might even call it good. But notice the subtle implication that believers in Christ are still living under the curse and need curses to be erased from their lives? Believer, by Grace, let's take our blessed brains to church. There is nothing like generational curse in the life of a believer in Christ. Own your gifts of Grace (undeserved, unearned, unmerited favour) by confessing it anytime such pastors try to label you as being under what Christ has redeemed us from.

Many helpless sheep who follow this popular man were replying to the post with "Amen," - essentially admitting that they were cursed when Christ hung on the cross to free us from every curse! Believer, the curse (including generational curses) was instituted by God Himself. See Numbers 14:18-

"The LORD is slow to anger, abounding in love and forgiving sin and rebellion. Yet He does not leave the guilty unpunished; He punishes the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation."

No amount of fasting or works done by human effort to can undo God's work. God Himself provided the Way for our salvation. God the Just is perfectly satisfied with Christ's hanging on the cross for us to redeem us from every curse and has declared all of us who believe in Him curse-free.

Those who depend on their own human effort at obedience (law-keeping) and their human striving to make them punishment or curse-free as antichrist pastor preach shun the sacrifice of Christ and His benefit of redeeming us from the curse of the Law. See the fate of all who depend on their obedience to the Law or are doing its works in order to earn salvation/get God to bless in Galatians 3:10-

"But those who depend on the law to make them right with God are under his curse, for the Scriptures say, “Cursed is everyone who does not observe and obey all the commands that are written in God’s Book of the Law."

See the Contemporary English Version-  "Anyone who tries to please God by obeying the Law is under a curse. The Scriptures say, “Everyone who doesn’t obey everything in the Law is under a curse.”

The one who expects God to bless him because of his efforts at obeying the Law and hia works has to keep the whole Law. No one can. Not even the Pharisees who knew the Law back to back. We don't even know most of the over 600 Mosaic laws!

Because God loved us so, He gave His own Son to become a curse for us and to free us from the demands of the law. Believing Him is the only way to be free from the curse and it is FREE for all who believe.

By Grace, beware of antichrist pastors. Such derisively describe the message of Christ as "hypergrace," or license to sin and say that Grace (who is Christ Himself) will make believers go on sinning sprees. BUT GOD'S WORD SAYS DIFFERENTLY! His word says that only by receiving His abundance of Grace and His gift of righteousness to us in Christ do we get to live in triumph over sin and death through Jesus Christ: Romans 5:16-17:

16 “And the result of God’s gracious gift is very different from the result of that one man’s sin. For Adam’s sin led to condemnation, but God’s free gift leads to our being made right with God, even though we are guilty of many sins. 17 For the sin of this one man, Adam, caused death to rule over many. But even greater is God’s wonderful grace and His gift of righteousness, for all who receive it will live in triumph over sin and death through this one Man, Jesus Christ.”

Beloved of God, the moment you acknowledge your helplessness to save yourself from your sins/live a godly life by your own will-power and believe in Jesus Christ, putting no confidence in your own ability to keep the law or do good works, God sees you as righteous. Remember "..God’s free gift leads to our being made right with God, even though we are guilty of many sins." Romans 5:16.

This is what many churchgoers are yet to understand- the reason why we are not committing  particular sins is because God did not allow us to be tempted beyond what we can bear (1 Corinthians 10:11-12.)The potential to commit heinous crimes is in everybody. God sees this potential and how favourable circumstances can make some people think that they can keep the law, live a godly life by their arm of flesh (human effort) and generally not commit sin. Peter learned the hard way. He knew 100% that he would follow Jesus to prison and to death... but he fell. Three times. The first time upon interrogation by a simple girl. "Time and Chance" and Satan's trials do not give notification before making demands so what can one do to stand by his own will-power (arm of flesh) when he gets tempted beyond what he can bear?

There is nothing like "I can never do that" in the dictionary of anybody. Never trust yourself. Trust in Christ. Boasting about how "I sowed my car and God gave me a jet" is akin to the human flesh boasting about how it scored a goal forgetting that it would be a useless heap of flesh without a skeleton. God's mercy is the "skeleton" that holds many upright. We who believe put no confidence in the flesh. For all who believe,  Jesus Christ "The Lord our Righteousness" is  the One who lifts us up and keeps us upright. The arm of flesh will fail but Jesus never fails. This is what He came to do:

"He gave His life to free us from every kind of sin, to cleanse us, and to make us His very own people, totally committed to doing good deeds." Titus 2:14.

Right believing always produces right living.
