The living message that brings Salvation

Believer in Christ, God sees us as righteous and we are saved from the punishment/wrath that we deserve not because we obeyed the Ten Commandments, fasted, sowed seed or paid tithe but through the blood of Jesus. See Romans 5:9-

"And there is still much more to say of His unfailing love for us! For through the blood of Jesus we have heard the powerful declaration, “You are now righteous in My sight.” And because of the sacrifice of Jesus, you will never experience the wrath of God."

You who are believing in the Lord Jesus Christ, God's opinion of you can NEVER change, despite the many sins and addictions that you struggle with. He knows how weak and screwed up we can be. God Himself counsels us in Isaiah 30:15-17:

"God, the Master, The Holy of Israel,
    has this solemn counsel:
“Your salvation requires you to turn back to Me
and stop your silly efforts to save yourselves.
Your strength will come from settling down
    in complete dependence on Me—
The very thing
    you’ve been unwilling to do...""

Why put an iota of trust in your human effort at obedience (arm of flesh) that is bound to fail? Because God so loved us, He sent His own Son to save us from the many sins and ills that plague mankind so come to Christ with all your burden of sins and guilt. He will give you rest. Titus 2:14 says of Him-

"He gave His life to free us from every kind of sin, to cleanse us, and to make us His very own people, totally committed to doing good deeds."

Believer, God's gift of righteousness to us in Christ is everlasting, "even though we are guilty of many sins"-Romans 5:16-17-

"And the result of God’s gracious gift is very different from the result of that one man’s sin. For Adam’s sin led to condemnation, but God’s free gift leads to our being made right with God, even though we are guilty of many sins. 17 For the sin of this one man, Adam, caused death to rule over many. But even greater is God’s wonderful grace and His gift of righteousness, for all who receive it will live in triumph over sin and death through this one Man, Jesus Christ."

Beloved of God, this is Grace- undeserved, unearned, unmerited favour.

Antichrist pastors try to paint the message of Christ (Grace) as license to commit sin and are deceiving churchgoers into depending on their own human effort (arm of flesh) at attaining godliness (be like God,) just as Satan the chief antichrist did with Eve in the Garden of Eden. Such preach that horrid part-Law and part-Grace false doctrine that says:

"Now that you are born-again and saved by GRACE, you have to do your best to keep the LAW in order to be GODLY, so that you God will bless you and so that you will not face God's wrath and miss heaven."

This horrid mixture that is neither Law nor Grace is the "neither cold nor hot" that Christ speaks of in Revelation 3. Believer, flee from such antichrist preachers. Their aim is to cut believers off from Christ-

"For if you are trying to make yourselves right with God by keeping the Law you have been cut off from Christ! You have fallen away from God's Grace." Galatians 5:4.

This is smack where Satan wants everyone to be: doing the "good" thing of obeying the Law in order to get into God's good books after Christ suffered and died to freely put all who believe in that position. Recall Matthew 1:21 says of Christ:

"She will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”

The arm of flesh will fail. The churchgoer who puts confidence in his non-existent will-power or human effort to live a godly life aka trying to obey the Law in order to be anything before God has been cut off from Christ who saves from sins, so sin has dominion over such-

"For sin shall not have dominion over you for you are not under Law but under Grace." Romans 6:14.

You see why it is in Satan and his antichrist pastors' best interests to keep churcgoers focused on doing useless works and their own ability to be good (be like God) and not what Christ has done to make us godly and free indeed?

Believer, it is not as if we who are under Grace just sit idly and do no good work. In fact, doing good works is our passion. Christ made it so and in Him, we get to bear "much fruit." We put no confidence in our own will-power or human effort (arm of flesh) to achieve anything at all. Many of us who are under Grace went through God our Father's training just as Peter did as it is written in the account of his denial of Christ. Peter knew 100% that he would never deny Christ (8th Commandment about bearing false witness) and that he would follow Christ to prison and to death- just as many of us today look at ourselves and just know that there are some sins that we will never commit. Like Peter when Christ told him of his then upcoming denials, many think that God must be wrong about His word in Romans 7:18-

"For I know that nothing good lives within the flesh of my fallen humanity. The longings to do what is right are within me, but will-power is not enough to accomplish it."

God's word says human effort (the arm of flesh) will fail, is powerless and cannot. But Pride in the arm of flesh (human effort at obedience) that will fail says:

"No, I can. God must be wrong. I still have some good in me. I can keep the law and resist temptation to commit sin by my will-power and sheer determination.”

Reminds one of Peter telling Jesus that He was wrong when He told him of his upcoming denials:)

Beloved of God, the potential to commit heinous crimes is in everybody. God sees this potential and how favourable circumstances can make some people think that some sins are beneath them or that they can keep the Law and live a godly life by human striving. Peter thought so too, until his circumstances changed.

In Christ who is Grace-personified, our utter trust and confidence is in Christ. By His grace, we put absolutely no confidence in our puny arm of flesh that will fail. And the result, like Paul in 1 Corinthians 15, we get to do much more, yet not us but Christ in us-

9"For I am the least of the apostles, and not fit to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. 10 But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me did not prove vain; but I labored even more than all of them, yet not I, but the grace of God with me."

God's grace is "in vain" (wasted) on those who hear the message of the cross (righteousness by faith in Christ) and refuse to take advantage of His Grace (undeserved, unearned, unmerited favour,) choosing instead to rely on their human effort at keeping the law in order to get right with God, live a godly life and inherit eternal life. See this in Galatians 2:21-

"I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain.”

See the Good News Translation: "I refuse to reject the grace of God. But if a person is put right with God through the Law, it means that Christ died for nothing!"

God's blessings and direction are so supernaturally natural that we think we did good all by ourselves. He wants us to see how utterly helpless to obey we are of ourselves. But Satan appeals to pride in man and makes him think of himself as something when he is nothing and can do nothing of himself. Believer, by Grace, let's not be found here. Never rely on what you think you know. Trust in Christ with all your heart.

The antichrist (against Christ) spirit is one that tries to remove and replace the finished work of Christ for our salvation (even salvation from sins) with human effort at doing things to be saved or delivered. For instance, those that accuse you of still living with generational and other curses when Christ hung on the cross for the purpose of redeeming us from every curse. See Galatians 3-

13"Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), 14 that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith."

Believer, there is nothing like generational or other curse in the life of believers in Christ. By Grace, take your position as one of those of whom Isaiah wrote as beneficiaries of the suffering of Christ in Isaiah 53:11-

"After He has suffered, He will see the light of life.
    And He will be satisfied.
My godly servant will make many people godly
because of what He will accomplish.
He will be punished for their sins."

Believer, Christ suffered and died to make us godly (like God.) God has no curse so we who are in Christ - under Grace- have no curse. It is Satan that is cursed (Genesis 3) and he is trying to get as many people as possible  under the curse by propagating his demonic doctrine of obeying the law in order to be godly (be like God) straight from some pulpits- all who follow this false doctrine that was used to deceive Eve are cursed: see Galatians 3-

10 "But those who depend on the law to make them right with God are under His curse, for the Scriptures say, “Cursed is everyone who does not observe and obey all the commands that are written in God’s Book of the Law.” 11 So it is clear that no one can be made right with God by trying to keep the law. For the Scriptures say, “It is through faith that a righteous person has life.”12 This way of faith is very different from the way of law, which says, “It is through obeying the law that a person has life.”

13 But Christ has rescued us from the curse pronounced by the law. When He was hung on the cross, He took upon Himself the curse for our wrongdoing. For it is written in the Scriptures, “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.” 14 Through Christ Jesus, God has blessed the Gentiles with the same blessing He promised to Abraham, so that we who are believers might receive the promised Holy Spirit through faith."

Beloved of God, flee from such antichrist pastors who, like Satan the accuser, accuse you of being under a curse and not being godly (like God) when Christ suffered and died to make you godly and free from every curse. Fear is their weapon. But Christ's perfect love casts out fear (1 John 1.)Trust in our Lord Jesus Christ to cause you to lie down in green pastures where you can feed on the word of faith (not the Law.) He Himself has said "...for without me you can do nothing." John 15:5.

Antichrist pastors say God's super(hyper)- abounding Grace will make His people start committing sins with reckless abandon BUT GOD'S WORD SAYS DIFFERENTLY ABOUT HIS GRACE - only by receiving His abundance of Grace and His gift of righteousness to us in Christ do we get to "live in triumph over sin and death through this one Man, Jesus Christ."- Romans 5:16-17-

Beloved of God, you who are believing our Saviour Jesus Christ and put no confidence in your law-keeping prowess or what you think you can do, right there in the middle of your challenges, sins and addictions, even if your troubles are of your own making, confess "I am the righteousness of God in Christ" that you believe in your heart and salvation from sins, earthly ills and death will follow. The word that brings salvation is near you- in your heart and in your mouth.

Right believing always produces right living.
